SHUTTLESNZ has developed this Travel Policy & Procedure Manual to provide our Travellers with a reasonable level of service & comfort at lowest possible cost. An effective Travel policy is essential in maximizing our ability to negotiate discounted rates with preferred suppliers & control travel expenses.
- SHUTTLESNZ will not be responsible for any delay caused by any accidents, road works or natural calamity while travelling.
- SHUTTLESNZ will try to provide a particular driver for the runs for to & fro but any chance if there is any issues the substitute transport will be provided with half an hour to forty-five minutes.
- SHUTTLESNZ drivers will be commanded by the one authorized person on the board nominated by the person who booked with us. Specially the pickup at the venue side where people try to project that they have booked with us. Our drivers will be making it sure the contact person with the contact number on the board.
- SHUTTLESNZ policy for spoilage fees if there is $300 further can be negotiated with the driver depending on the time & other things required to bring back the vehicle back on roadworthy condition.
- SHUTTLENZ waiting time will start after first 10 minutes of wait with $1 waiting for one minute with $5 minimum with multiple of fives. The management understand the crowd on such events for the best options is better to get Intouch with the concerned driver close to the travel time. After 10 minutes of wait & if driver has not been contacted has got the right to move out from the pick-up place.
- SHUTTLENZ management has got the right to reserve the final decision on the above occasions.
